Additional information

  • Processing time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.

  • Customs and import duties: International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which must be borne by the recipient.

Returns and refunds

  • Returns: If you would like to return an item, please send us an email to info@alpha-swing.com with your order number and details of the item you are returning. We will then send you a returns label. The costs for the return shipment are to be covered by the buyer.
  • Customs duties for returns: Returns from countries outside the EU may incur additional customs duties and import taxes, which must also be covered by the buyer.
  • Right of cancellation for EU members: You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. Further details can be found in our cancellation conditions.
  • Return period: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
  • Condition of the goods: The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.
